Available with two engine options

The Mahindra Thar SUV is available in two engine options: a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder mStallion petrol engine, and a 2.2-liter mHawk diesel motor. Its petrol engine generates 150 bhp power and 320 Nm torque. While the Thar diesel engine makes 130 bhp power and 320 Nm peak torque. Transmission options with both engines include a choice between a six-speed manual gearbox and a six-speed automatic transmission.

A waiting period of 5 to 7 months

Thar was launched in October 2020. Within a month of its launch, the off-road SUV had received over 20,000 bookings. Currently, this car is being given a waiting period of 5 to 7 months depending on the variants.
