Hyundai Creta EV: Range of 500km on full charge, know when will the electric version of Creta be launched?

To strengthen its hold in the electric segment, Hyundai may soon launch the electric version of its popular SUV Hyundai Creta for customers. Recently, Hyundai Motor India announced that the company is focusing on expanding its EV portfolio.

The company has electric vehicles like Kona Electric and Ioniq 5, but both the models could not show anything special, but now the company is preparing to make a splash soon with the electric version of its best-selling SUV Creta.

Hyundai Creta EV Launch Date

The information about when this Hyundai SUV will be launched is yet to be revealed. However, according to reports, the Hyundai Creta EV can be introduced at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 to be held next year.

Design

This vehicle has been spotted several times which shows that this car can be launched with a closed panel instead of the regular radiator grill. Apart from this, the company can include new alloy wheels in the electric version of Creta.

Talking about the interior, premium leatherette material can be used in this electric SUV. Apart from this, features like electric panoramic sunroof, front ventilated seats, and reclining seats in the second-row seats can be included in this SUV.

Features like dual screen setup, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto can be available for infotainment. Talking about safety features, this car can be given Level 2 ADAS, 360-degree surround view camera, rear AC vents with USB charging ports, wireless phone charging, and a cooled glovebox.

According to reports, two variants of Creta EV can be launched which will be available in different battery options. Some time ago, the Tata Curvv EV was launched with 45kWh and 55kWh battery options which offer a range of 430 km and 502 km respectively.

To compete with Tata Motors, the Hyundai Creta EV can also be launched with a powerful battery, it is expected that the Creta EV will get a driving range of up to 500 km on full charge.
