As soon as you enter the vehicle number and captcha and tap on Get Detail, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Note that without entering the OTP, you will not be able to log in.

As soon as you enter the OTP, your entire horoscope will open up in front of you and you will see important things like your car number, your name, challan number, the state in which the challan was issued, challan date, challan amount, status, payment source, challan print, receipt, payment link etc.

If you feel that your challan has been issued wrongly, then you can appeal for it in the court. If you see NA in the payment source and Status written in the payment link, then it means that your challan has gone to the court and now you will have to pay your challan through the virtual court.
