Does it take time for the car to start in the morning? The problem will be solved as soon as you follow this trick
The problem of taking time to start the car is common in winter. This problem is most commonly seen in diesel and petrol engines cars in winter. There are many reasons behind this. However, if you have been upset due to this problem, then today we are going to tell you how to deal with it.
Cover the car or park it in the garage
If possible, park the car in the garage instead of parking it in the open. This will not cool the engine and battery.
Use the right engine oil
Use low-viscosity engine oil in winter. It flows smoothly in cold weather and helps in quick start of the engine.
Prime the fuel pump
Turn the car key on and off 2-3 times in the ignition position before starting. This will help in priming the fuel pump.
Check the battery
Battery performance decreases in the cold. Keep the battery terminals clean and make sure the battery is fully charged. If the battery is old, replace it.
Wait a bit after turning on the ignition
If you have a glow plug in your car (often it is in diesel cars), wait a few seconds after turning on the ignition so that the glow plug heats up. Only then start. For petrol cars, instead of pressing the start button directly, turn on the ignition once or twice and then start.
