Skoda Auto India has said that it will increase the price of its vehicles by up to three percent. This will vary according to the model and variant of its different cars. In the new year, the company produces cars as the model of that year, so it offers huge discounts and offers for stock clearance in December.

The company says that it is increasing the prices to continue to provide good vehicles and excellent service to the customers. This has now become very necessary.

Skoda Auto India is the Indian subsidiary of European car maker Skoda Auto. This price hike will be applicable to its entire portfolio. This includes Kushak, Slavia, Superb, and Kodiaq. Skoda has also recently introduced the Kayalak SUV, which will not be affected by this price hike.

Tata-Maruti also announced

Before Skoda, Maruti Suzuki India announced to increase in the price of its vehicles by up to 4 percent from January 2025. Apart from that, Tata Motors is also going to increase the prices by up to 3 percent. Not only this, BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Benz have also announced an increase in the price of their cars.

At the same time, the country's second-largest car company Hyundai has also announced an increase in the price of its cars. The company has fixed its upper limit at Rs 25,000. All these prices are also going to increase from January 1, 2025. Companies like Mahindra, Kia, and MG Motor are also included in the list of companies increasing the price.
