The price of Realme Buds is Rs 2,499. It can be purchased from Amazon, Realme's site, and offline stores in Active Black color. It has features like Active Noise Cancellation. It also has dual microphones. Let's know in the review how are these budget earbuds?
Realme Buds Q2 Review: Specifications
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) has been given in Realme Buds Q2. Apart from this, it has touch controls and there is also a gaming mode. These buds can be controlled by connecting to the Reality Link app and the voice can also be customized. There is also a low latency mode with which it claims 88ms response delay. Apart from this, it also has a transparency mode and a dual microphone with which noise cancellation is available. A 10mm dynamic driver has been given in this Buds and 28 hours of backup has been claimed regarding its battery. Along with this, there is also support for fast charging and for connectivity, Bluetooth v5.2 has been given in it.
Realme Buds Q2 Review: Design
Talking about the design, Realme Buds Q2 can be bought in two colors Black and Gray. We had the Black variant for review. The size of the earbuds is slightly larger than that of the Realme Buds Q, although they are comfortable. Can be used for a long time. There is no pain in the ears. Each earbud weighs 4.5 grams. There are three pairs of ear tips with the box which are made of silicone. Type-C port is available for charging. The charging case is plastic.
Glass finishing has been given on the touchpoint above both the buds, which is quite reflective and you can see it in the pictures. This finishing reflects with different colors at different angles. The charging case is compact and features an LED battery indicator on the front panel. You can easily carry this in your pocket and go anywhere. The battery level of both the buds can be seen separately in the app. Water splash will not affect it. It has got IPX5 rating for water resistance. We have no complaints about the design.
Realme Buds Q2 Review: Performance
Talking about performance, it comes with automatic and dual pairing. If the Realme Buds Q2 is already paired with a device, the buds connect as soon as you remove it from the case. This Bud comes with the support of Google Fast Pair. There is no problem regarding connectivity. There is a button inside the charging case that you can use for pairing. A magnetic charging pin is available for the earbuds. You can connect these earbuds to the Realme Link app. You can also customize the audio quality after connecting to the app. You will find very few earbuds in the market with which you will get the support of the app.
The audio quality of Realme Buds Q2 will be said to be good in the range of Rs 2500 with ANC. From music strumming to video streaming, we did not face any problem with the sound quality. We used the Realme Buds Q2 with both iPhone and Android. The sound of the instrument can be differentiated. ANC works great. There is a slight decrease in the details of the voice when the volume is more than 80 percent. We got a clear voice during calling and there was no problem with connectivity. So overall in its price range, Realme Buds Q2 will be called good ANC earbuds.
Realme Buds Q2 Review: Battery
As far as battery life is concerned, the Realme Buds Q2 made us happy in terms of battery. One-time charging gives backup for a full four hours. At the same time, with the charging case, a backup of up to 20 hours is available. Battery life gets a bit longer after turning off ANC. Three hours of backup has also been claimed by the company in just 10 minutes of charging.
