TECH UPDATE : iQoo 8 may launch on August 4, will get Snapdragon 888 Plus processor with 2K display


iQoo 7 has been launched in India in April this year and now the company is preparing to launch iQoo 8. According to a leaked report, iQoo 8 will launch on August 4, although this launch will take place in China. iQoo 7 was also first launched in China and then brought to India. Some features of the iQoo 8 have also been revealed, according to which the phone will be launched with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus processor.

iQoo President Feng Yufei shared a video on Chinese social media platform Weibo showing a pool table with 8 8balls. There is no information about any phone in this post, but it is expected that this is an indication of Qihoo's upcoming smartphone iQoo 8.

According to tipster Whylab, the iQoo 8 will be launched on August 4. This will be the first smartphone with Snapdragon 888 Plus processor. The model number of iQoo 8 has also been revealed which is V2141A. iQoo 8 will get a display with 1440x3200 pixels resolution. Apart from this, the phone will get up to 256 GB of storage with up to 12 GB of RAM. The phone will get Android 11 based OriginOS 1.0.
