Apna has partnered with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), India's largest professional networking platform for laborers and mid-level employees. Under this partnership, the first professional networking platform will be provided to laborers / middle-class employees. For the first time, these candidates will be able to be part of different communities based on their scope and skills.
The partnership aims to provide access for the frontline workforce to skills development, training, and community collaboration opportunities in the language they prefer. This association will enable enrolled/certified candidates through NSDC to create digital business identity, network, and prepare themselves for opportunities with the community.
This partnership will help both the organizations reach the workers and middle-class employees present all over India. Candidates will be encouraged to use the skill development resources available on the Apna (Apna) app. This platform will provide access to free online sessions on 'Professional Networking' and hence the focus will be on interest-based courses.
It will be open to all candidates seeking training through fee-based programs of NSDC and will also be available to trainees enrolled under government schemes such as PMKVY implemented by NSDC. Similarly, existing users of Apna under this partnership will also be able to use courses offered by training providers affiliated with NSDC.
