The new factory of Addverb was inaugurated by NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant. Adverb claims about this factory that is the largest robot factory in the country. With Boat-Valley, the company plans to create a self-sustaining ecosystem for the robotics industry in India that can export new products and technology solutions worldwide.
The boat valley of Adverb is spread over about 2.5 acres. About this factory, the company claims that it can manufacture more than 50,000 robots every year. This factory will provide employment to about 450 people. The company has said in a statement that women and men will be given equal opportunities in it. There will be no discrimination against anyone.
Adverb was founded in 2016 and in just four years the company has expanded to Europe, South-East Asia, and Australia, in addition to India. The company has established 100 percent owned subsidiaries in Singapore, Australia, and the Netherlands.
NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant, who was present as the chief guest at the inauguration of the new plant, said, "The last decade has witnessed many major changes and new technologies have emerged. We have entered an initial transformation (Industry 4.0), in which Adverb technology will help meet growing needs and current business demand. Robotics has a wide potential to simplify processes across all industries, ranging from retail to healthcare and warehousing to supply chains. '
