Samsung launched its Galaxy S20 series third foldable-screen phone Galaxy Z Flip earlier this month. The Galaxy S20 smartphone series has now arrived in India as well and is now available for pre-order on Samsung's official website. The company has also announced that the smartphone series will be available for sale in India on 6 March.
Galaxy S20 Series Price and Availability
The Galaxy S20 is priced at Rs 66,999 while the Galaxy S20 Plus will be priced at Rs 73,999. The Galaxy S20 Ultra is priced at Rs 92,999 in India. The smartphones are now available for pre-order on the company's website. The sale will start on 6 March.
The Galaxy S20 comes in Cloud Pink, Cloud Blue, and Cosmic Gray color variants. The Galaxy S20 Plus is available in Cloud Blue, Cosmic Black, and Cosmic Gray color options. The top-tier Galaxy S20 Ultra comes in just one color variant - Cosmic Gray.
Galaxy S20, S20 Plus features
Both the Galaxy S20 and S20 Plus come with a punch-hole display and a rectangular camera module. The Galaxy S20 has a 6.2-inch QHD + Infinity O display that comes with a resolution of 3,200 x 1,444 pixels. The display comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Interestingly, the 120 Hz mode only works at 1080p.
The Galaxy S20 Plus comes with a 6.7-inch display. Both phones come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. All three Galaxy S20 models have a punch-hole camera at the front.
The Galaxy S20 has a 10 MP punch-hole selfie camera and at the rear, you will see a triple rear camera system. In this rear camera setup, 64 MP 3x telephoto camera, 12 MP wide-angle camera, and 12 MP ultra-wide camera will be available. The S20 Plus has a quad rear camera setup that includes a ToF camera for depth sensing. Both smartphones come with enhanced Super Steady mode. Digital zoom can amplify 30x zoom through software.
The cameras are also capable of recording 8K 24 fps video over 64 MP telephoto. Talking about the battery, the Galaxy S20 has a 4,000 mAh battery while the S20 Plus is equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery. In the 5G variant, the S20 has 12GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, while the LTE variant has 8GB of RAM and 128G of storage which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card. This
The Galaxy S20 Plus 5G comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, and the LTE variant offers 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Both phones run on Android 10 and are powered by a 64-bit octa-core processor.
Galaxy S20 Ultra Specification
It has a 6.9-inch QHD + Infinity O display that comes with a resolution of 3,200 x 1,444 pixels. Like the other two smartphones in the series, it also comes with a refresh rate of 120 Hz in 1080p and 60 Hz at 1440p, as well as 240-Hz tactile feedback. An in-screen fingerprint sensor is also available in this phone.
Talking about the camera, it has a quad-camera setup which includes a 108 MP primary camera, 48 MP telephoto camera, 12 MP ultra-wide camera, and a TOF camera. This smartphone is called 10x Hybrid Optical Zoom and 100X Digital Zoom - Space Zoom. For the selfie, you will get a 40 MP punch-hole camera in the front.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery. In terms of storage, both 5G and LTE variants will be available with 16 GB and 12 GB RAM options and 128 GB and 512 GB storage. Storage can be expanded up to 1 TB via microSD card
