OnePlus is set to launch its first fitness band in India today. The Chinese smartphone maker announced the launch of the smartwatch in early January.
Before the launch, some leaks about the OnePlus' fitness band also surfaced. According to Ishaan Agarwal, a tipster, the fitness band will sport a 1.1-inch AMOLED display which is almost a standard size display for fitness bands these days.
The band's feature list includes round the clock heart rate monitoring and SpO2 blood saturation monitoring. COVID-19 has become a popular feature on fitness bands due to the epidemic. Other features of the band include sleep tracking, 13 exercise modes, and an IP68 rating. The battery life of the band is expected to be 14 days.
According to leaked photos, buyers will have the option to choose between several band options such as Orange and Gray. They are also expected to be available in the same color.
The expected price of OnePlus's fitness band can be Rs 2,499. After the launch of the fitness band, OnePlus may also launch its first smartwatch earlier this year. OnePlus CEO and co-founder, Pete Lau, has already confirmed this through his Twitter handle.
