At the Indian Mobile Congress (IMC), Jio has revealed its Jio video call assistant. The company says that AI-based bots can be accessed on 4G phones. Let us tell you that for this the user will not have to install any other application. Jio claims that the bot can bring a new revolution in matters related to castor support. This will help small institutions to create their bots.
Jio uses AI to listen to video call assistants and answers users' questions in an appropriate manner. In this, the company has given the auto-learning feature. Smaller companies can create their AI-based bots with the help of Jio Botmaker tool, without any coding and with least fanfare.
Jio video call assistant has been developed by Jio in association with US-based Radisys company. The company has claimed that with the help of the bot it will get rid of customers' calls and IVR hold time. This bot will also prove to be beneficial for those business houses who are repeatedly troubled by the same type of customers. It works by supporting many languages.
