Sometimes things happen in cricket which no one has imagined. Such a miracle happened on this day i.e. 15th June 1929.
A player working in a departmental store finished his work and went to the field and took all the ten wickets of the opposing team. This miracle happened in the match played between Middlesex and Lancashire in the Mecca Lords of Cricket.
When this cricketer named Gaby Allen reached the ground after finishing work in the morning from a department store in London, the match had already started. After this, he got all the wickets of the Lancashire team for 40 runs in 25.3 overs. He took the last four wickets within five balls. This was the last time a bowler had achieved this feat at Lord's.
