Australian all-rounder, Mitchell Marsh suffered an ankle injury while bowling during the first match of his team Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Monday.
While bowling in the fifth over of RCB's innings, the 28-year-old Marsh twisted his ankle and was seen striding out of the ground. Vijay Shankar bowled the remaining two balls of his over and conceded nine runs.
Marsh, who threw just four balls, has been troubled by injuries before. He did not play in many IPL tournaments due to injuries. Marsh did not hit the ground in the remaining overs of RCB's innings.
