Three-time champions Chennai Super Kings suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of Mumbai Indians at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Friday. Mumbai Indians have won by 10 wickets, beating Chennai Super Kings in a one-sided match.



Mumbai has registered a big win, achieving Chennai's modest target of 115 runs in 12.2 overs. Ishan Kishan scored an unbeaten 68 runs for Mumbai and Quinton de Kock scored an unbeaten 46 runs. After this defeat, the Chennai Super Kings team is being ridiculed on social media.

The Chennai Super Kings batsmen have proved to be a complete flop. Within just 3 runs, Chennai's team had lost 4 wickets. Rituraj Gaikwad Zero, Faf du Plessy 1 run, Ambati Rayudu 2 run, N Jagadeeshan Zero, Jadeja were able to score 7 runs. Mahendra Singh Dhoni returned to the pavilion after scoring 16 runs. The Chennai batsmen are being mocked on Twitter for this flop performance.

Mumbai had turned Chennai towards the record of the lowest IPL score, but Sam Curren saved the loss of Chennai by playing a half-century innings at crucial times.

Curren, who lost six wickets in the power play itself, scored 52 runs off 47 balls to reach the score of 114 runs in nine overs in 20 overs.
