No captain from Rajasthan has received captaincy after playing so many matches.

However, after playing the most matches in the IPL, the captaincy opportunity was given to Mumbai Indians by Kieron Pollard. Kirron Pollard went on to captain 137 IPL matches after playing. At the same time, R Ashwin is second in this list, who captained the IPL team after playing 111 matches.
