New Zealand fast bowler Scott Kugelin has now been included in the Royal Challengers Bangalore team, which topped the points table of the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League. The New Zealand storm bowler will now replace Australian fast bowler Ken Richardson for the rest of the IPL-14 matches.
According to reports, Kugelin, who was part of the IPL bio bubble as a reserve in the five-time champions Mumbai Indians team, will now be seen playing for RCB. However, RCB has not yet announced the option of spin spinner Adam Jampa of Australia.
Scott Kugelin has played two IPL matches. While has played two ODIs and 16 T20 matches for his national team. Significantly, amid the growing transition of Corona in India, Adam Zampa and Richardson have left the IPL in between, citing personal reasons.
