Australia scored 166 for two on the rain-affected first day of the third Test against India, thanks to the half-century innings of Marnus Labuschen (67 not out) and Will Pulvowski (62).
Only 55 overs were played on the first day due to rain. Former captain Steven Smith was at the crease with Marnus Labuschen at the end of the day's play. Smith scored 31 off 64 balls with the help of five fours. Labushen and Steven Smith have an unbeaten 60-run partnership for the third wicket.
Earlier, for the second wicket, Marnus Labuschen and Will Pulvowski shared a hundred-run partnership. Marnus Labuschen has hit eight fours in his half-century innings, facing 149 balls.
While Will Pulvowski hit four boundaries in his innings, facing only 110 balls.
Warner could score only five runs. Mohammad Siraj and Navdeep Saini took one wicket each from India.
