Sreesanth returned to cricket on Monday after seven years following his ban. Sreesanth played for Kerala in their Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 match against Pondicherry.
It has been seven years since he played the last match, but it took Sreesanth only seven balls to get his first wicket on his return. That is, he took the first wicket in only 7 balls.
In this T20 match, he took one wicket for 29 runs in four overs. Sreesanth, who was a member of India's World Champion team, thanked the pitch after completing his spell in this match.
The Kerala fast bowler has played 27 Tests, 53 ODIs, and 10 T20Is for India so far. Now 37-year-old Sreesanth has sworn that he will not take any time to return to India.
