Delhi Capitals will look to secure a place in the playoffs by forgetting the defeat of the last two matches against Sunrisers Hyderabad in a crucial Indian Premier League (IPL) match to be held here on Tuesday.
After losing against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Kings XI Punjab, Delhi now needs two points to take their points to 16. This will also make it to the top of the points table. On the other hand, Sunrisers' hopes of reaching the playoffs are set on agar-muggers. The David Warner-led team has eight points from 11 matches and is ranked seventh in the points table. To reach the playoffs, he will not only have to win all his matches but must also expect favorable results in the rest of the matches.
Delhi has aggressive batting and strong bowling. They are not dependent on any single player because, at different times, one of their players has shown the team to be in a good position by showing the better game. But, except Shikhar Dhawan in the last three matches, the rest of the Delhi batsmen have not done well.
