How to make Spicy Chili Corn Recipe
To make this tasty dish, first, boil the corn in hot water for some time and then keep it aside to cool. When corn reaches normal temperature, add maida, maize flour, salt, and white chili powder and mix well.
Now take a deep frying pan and heat a little refined oil in it on a medium flame. Fry the corns and then remove them on absorbent paper and allow them to absorb excess oil.
Take another pot and add a little oil into it, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, onions, red, yellow and green capsicum and cook for a while. Now add crispy fried corn. Stir for 1-2 minutes and serve as a garnish as per your choice.
