Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • 1 small teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground peanut
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt flavored

Method to prepare

  • Wash and soak quinoa 3 to 4 times a night with clean water.
  • After this, boil the quinoa like rice in the morning on the second day.
  • After this, let it cool down a bit.
  • Till then you chop onion, tomato, coriander, and chili.
  • Now put a pan on the gas and heat it by adding 2 teaspoons of oil.
  • Now fry peanuts in this oil and then crush it.
  • Now fry tomatoes and onions.
  • After this, you add turmeric and salt to it.
  • Now add quinoa and mix well.
  • After this, add lemon juice and chopped chilies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Salt flavored

Method to prepare

First of all, thoroughly wash the quinoa in water one night and soak it in water.

  • Now grind the soaked quinoa, green chilies, cucumber, curd, and semolina in a mixture jar in the morning.
  • This will make a smooth paste. Now mix the water in it and make the solution as thin as the dosa solution.
  • Prepare the dosa with this solution and serve it with coconut chutney.

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 large size tomato
  • 1 large size cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Beetroot finely chopped
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Salt flavored

  • Soak the quinoa in water one night before.
  • Boil the quinoa on the second day.
  • Now cut onion, tomato, beetroot, and carrot.
  • Add quinoa, salt, lemon juice, and coriander leaves over it and serve.
