To make this salad recipe, you add cherry tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum, and cottage cheese in freshly chopped spinach in a bowl and mix. Now put 1 tbsp of vinegar and 1 tbsp of olive oil on it. Lastly, mix salt and pepper as per taste and serve.

Moong dal and carrot salad

This salad is a high protein salad. If you want to increase protein intake in your diet or are in a weight loss program, then this salad in winter will help you a lot. For this, mix in a bowl with a quarter cup of boiled moong dal, a quarter cup of boiled chickpeas, grated carrots, and two teaspoons of olive oil. Now add salt, pepper, honey, and lemon to it and mix it well and taste it.

Fenugreek salad

Eating fenugreek salad in the winter season is also its own fun. To make the dressing, you can add half a cup of vinegar, half a cup of oil, two tablespoons mustard paste, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp dry pomegranate seeds. Now add salt and mix it well. Now chop two tomatoes and add fenugreek leaves. Now heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add 7-8 garlic buds and saute until the garlic becomes evenly golden and crisp. Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and 8-10 walnuts and add mustard seeds and let it crackle. Transfer the fenugreek salad to a serving plate. Pour the tempering over the salad.

Pear, Apple, and Walnut Salad

It is a very healthy and tasty salad, which makes you feel full for a long time. To make this salad, you whisk together 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2.5 tablespoons orange juice, and 1/2 cup raisins in a large bowl. Now add chopped apples, pears, and walnuts. Now add olive oil and toss it. In the last one, add salt and pepper to it and increase its test even more.
