In such a situation, today we have brought you the recipe for making mini semolina pizza which will prove to be a great option for breakfast. Ingredients for slurry


- Half cup semolina


- 2 tablespoons rice flour

- Half cup yogurt

- half a teaspoon chili flakes

- Half Tsp Mix Herbs

- half a teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

Salt as per taste

- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Ingredients for pizza topping

- 1/4 cup onions (finely chopped)

- 1/4 cup capsicum (finely chopped)

- 1/4 cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)

- Half cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

- Half cup of Pizza Sauce

- Half Tsp Mix Herbs

- half a teaspoon chili flakes

- 1 tsp chaat masala

Oil as required

Pizza base recipe

- Mix all the remaining ingredients except baking soda.

If needed, make a thick solution by adding some water. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

- Add baking soda and whisk it.

- Grease the pan by applying oil to the nonstick pan and wiping it with a cloth.

- Add 1 tablespoon solution and spread it like a mini uttapam.

Cook on a low flame till it becomes golden on both sides.

Remove from heat.

Recipe for pizza

- Burst the chaat masala by applying pizza sauce on the mini uttapam.

- Dip all the vegetables and pour the cheese on top.

Place the mini pizza on the nonstick griddle until the cheese melts.

Remove from the flame and serve the mix herbs and chili flakes.
