First, cut the soya chap purchased from the market into small pieces. Try to get it boiling from the market. Take out the water with curd. Then add gram flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala, garam masala, chaat masala, mango powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix with a spoon of oil.
Add soya cheap to this mixture and keep it in the fridge for half an hour to marinate. Combine butter and oil in a pan and heat it. Now add chap in it and cook for five to seven minutes. Keep in mind, keep turning it over and over again. So that it sinks from all four sides
