According to researcher Elizabeth Sommer, there are two types of T-lymphocytes - the first, called regulators, and which ensure the production of antibodies when external elements enter the body. The second is cytotoxic, which binds to bacteria and virus-infected cells to eliminate them. Vitamin-E both plays an important role in keeping the outer layer of cells strong. It helps in increasing the number of T-lymphocytes. T-cells also need this vitamin to exchange information from other cells of the immune system. They claimed that T-lymphocyte also strengthens immune cells. This increases the production of antibodies. It also improves the ability to fight disease.
