Due to the Corona crisis, people have started working fast on increasing immunity. Everyone is taking measures in their way to increase immunity. To improve immunity, people are using Vitamin-C the most. Vitamin C helps in the formation of bones, skin, and blood vessels and to keep them healthy. A US study published in IUBMB Life claimed that vitamin-E is important for fighting the virus. Vitamin-E trout is very important for the body, it is found in plenty in fish, paprika, and almonds. Vitamin-E is an antioxidant and is found naturally in foods, such as green leafy vegetables, nuts, and seeds. This vitamin is extremely important for the body along with being fat-soluble. It is also used for the treatment and prevention of many diseases.

Ankur Chakraborty, a former medical officer at Etawah Hospital, says vitamin-E is considered to be very effective for skin and hair. It is recommended to eat several foods to overcome the deficiency of this vitamin. Vitamin-E is needed to fight many diseases. Vitamin-E is very beneficial in getting rid of wrinkles on the hair as well as on the skin. Symptoms like old age can also be overcome with vitamin-E in youth. Sommer states that the production of T-cells decreases with aging. This is the reason why the immunity of young people is higher than that of the elderly.

According to researcher Elizabeth Sommer, there are two types of T-lymphocytes - the first, called regulators, and which ensure the production of antibodies when external elements enter the body. The second is cytotoxic, which binds to bacteria and virus-infected cells to eliminate them. Vitamin-E both plays an important role in keeping the outer layer of cells strong. It helps in increasing the number of T-lymphocytes. T-cells also need this vitamin to exchange information from other cells of the immune system. They claimed that T-lymphocyte also strengthens immune cells. This increases the production of antibodies. It also improves the ability to fight disease.
