First of all, soak lentils, rice, fenugreek seeds one night in advance. In the morning, remove its water, and wash it thoroughly. Now put it in the mixer and add salt, red chili powder and asafoetida together and grind it till it becomes a smooth paste. Now take the pan and keep it on high heat, add oil to heat it. Now put the mixture into the vada maker. After this, when the oil is hot, then put the mixer in the pan with a large maker. Turned after a minute. Keep turning like this until it becomes golden. Now take them out. Now ready to serve big. You can serve it with sambar and coconut chutney.
