  • Green chili - 10
  • Celery - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - as per taste

Method to prepare

First, wash the green chilies and cut them into two parts. Now place the pan on the gas and put two to three teaspoons of oil in it. When hot, add all the chilies and fry them for about 3 to 4 minutes. When it is roasted, add celery and fry it for a minute or two. After this, mix salt according to taste and turn off the gas. During this, stir the chili thoroughly and mix the lemon juice in it. In this way, a very tasty and healthy fried green chili will be prepared.

  • Garlic buds - 4
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Rye - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Coriander - finely chopped

Method to prepare

  • Sodium benzoate - 1 teaspoon
  • Boiled water - As per need
  • Salt - as per taste
  • White vinegar - 2 cups

Method to prepare

To prepare the sauce with green chili, firstly prepare. For this, mix both salt and vinegar as per taste in a bowl. Now add washed green chilies to this mixture and leave it to marinate for an hour. After adding the chili, put it on the gas and boil it on high flame till it becomes slightly thick. After boiling, remove it from the heat and now boil the benzoate and then add it to the mixture. Green chili is ready, now put it in an air-tight pot and you can serve it with snacks or with roti.
