  • Finely chopped guava - 500 grams
  • Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped Green Chillies - 3 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili Powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Chopped coriander - 4 tbsp

Method of making

  • To make guava chutney, put all the ingredients in a blender and make a paste.

Kheer is most preferred for eating or making sweets. Usually, rice, makhane, or gourd pudding is made. But today we will teach you how to make Kheer of different fruit. Yes, we will teach you how to make guava pudding, which is very tasty.


  • Guava - 2 large
  • Milk - 1/4 liter
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Khoya - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Dry Fruits - 2 Tbsp

Method of making

  • Cook the guava in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  • Once it cools down, make a puree with a sieve.
  • On the other hand in a non-stick pan, heat the ghee and fry the nuts and dry fruits lightly and keep them aside.
  • In the same pan, add guava puree and fry for 2 minutes. Add milk and let it boil.
  • After the milk boils, add the khoya and sugar and mix well.
  • Allow the kheer to thicken and then turn off the heat.
  • Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot or cold.

Guava Vegetable

You can also eat winter superfood by making guava vegetables. This vegetable is very tasty to eat and you can easily cook it at home.


  • Ripe Guava - 250 grams
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder - 1/8 tsp
  • Asafoetida - a pinch
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato - 150 grams
  • Mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd - 50 ml
  • Garam Masala - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Roasted fennel - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander - chopped

Method of making

  • Cut the guava into long pieces and keep it aside.
  • Heat the ghee in a large pan and fry the cumin seeds till they crackle.
  • Now mix asafoetida, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and turmeric and cook for a minute.
  • Then add curd and tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Boil after adding 100 ml of water.
  • Add guava and cover with a lid and cook until the guava becomes soft.
  • Sprinkle roasted fennel, sugar, mango powder, and garam masala.
  • Add lemon juice and shake well.
  • Serve hot with puris or roti.
