Required Ingredients


Gond–One cup


Flour – Half cup


Almonds, Pistachios, and Cashew nuts – One cup

Makhane and Melon seeds – One big spoon

Cardamom powder – One small spoon

Sugar Boora – One cup

Ghee – One cup

Method of preparation:

- First of all, heat ghee in a pan. Fry the gond well in it and take it out in a plate.

Now fry the flour in the same pan by adding a little more ghee.

When the aroma starts coming from the flour, then add melon seeds, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, makhana, cardamom powder, and sugar powder to it.

Now grind the gum coarsely and add it to the flour mixture.

After this prepare the ladoos by hand.

In this way our gum laddoos are ready.
