Sugar- 1/4 cup
milk 1/4 cup
wheat Ata- 1 1/2 cups
a pinch of salt
Method of preparation: -
First of all, mix ghee, milk, and sugar in a pan. After that cook it while stirring it for two minutes. Now keep it aside to cool down.
Now mix salt in wheat flour and take it. Now knead it with the milk-sugar mixture.
Now roll it and cut it into brick size pieces. At the same time, make a hole in the middle of them with a fork.
