1/4 cup walnuts, 2 tablespoons whole coriander, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp fennel, 1 tsp whole pepper, 1-inch cinnamon, 8 whole Kashmiri red chilies
Potato Roast Ingredients
3 tablespoons oil, 4 potatoes, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon walnut spice mix, some curry leaves, 1 clove of garlic
For the Walnut Masala Mix, put all the ingredients in the pan and dry roast it. Grind it once it cools down. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Put oil in a pan and fry the potatoes. Now cook salt and turmeric on the potato. Remove the potatoes into the bowl. Add Walnut Masala Mix, garlic, and curry leaves on top.
Be sure to add chaat masala, lemon, and freshly chopped coriander over it.
Make like this without oil
If you want to make this recipe in zero oil, then make potatoes in an air fryer after seasoning. Believe it will taste the same way, but it will also look more crunchy.
