Recipe: Papad ki Sabzi is very much liked in Rajasthan!

Required Ingredients


Urad dal papad - two


onion puree - half cup


cumin - one spoon

oil - three spoon

mustard - one spoon

tomato puree - half cup tomato -

two

coriander powder - one spoon

red chili powder - one spoon

turmeric - one spoon

curd- Two spoons

garam masala – one spoon

asafoetida,

bay leaf – one

Method of preparation

- First of all, heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, asafoetida, cumin, and bay leaves in it.

After adding onion puree to it, add tomato puree and cook it well for five minutes.

After this, add coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, and red chili powder to it. Now fry it for five minutes.

While roasting the masala, fry the papad from one side.

After roasting the masala, add a little water to it, break the papads, and put them in it.

In this way your delicious papad curry is ready.
