RECIPE: Now make MOMOS with flour instead of maida, the recipe is very easy!


Necessary ingredients

- wheat flour

- cheese

- carrot

- capsicum

- ginger

- freshly ground black pepper

Sieve the wheat flour in a bowl and add salt to it and knead the flour well.

Add oil to it and knead the dough again and keep it covered for 15 minutes.

Cut the vegetables and mash the paneer well.

Then take the pan and add oil to it. After the oil is hot, add all the vegetables and spices and fry it on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add paneer to it. Turn off the gas after 1 minute of adding the cheese and keep the mixer to cool down.

Make dough stuffing by breaking the dough balls and filling them with stuffing. If you have an idli mold, add water to it and keep it to a boil. Grease all the idli grooves.

You have to cook each momo in each and cook on a medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
