All-purpose flour - 1 cup
carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
cumin - 1/2 tsp
chili powder - 1 tsp red ground
black pepper - 1/2 tsp
ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt - according to taste
Method of preparation:
- First of all, take flour in a deep bowl and mix all the ingredients in it.
Now knead the dough by adding the required water.
After this divide the dough into several parts and roll it into a round shape.
After this, make a hole in the material with the help of a fork.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the mathris till they turn golden brown from both sides.
In this way your delicious masala mathri is ready. It can be kept in an airtight container.
