Semolina - 1/2 cup
yogurt - 1/2 cup
gram flour - 1/2 cup
tomatoes - 1 (chopped)
onion - 1 (chopped)
green chili - 1 (chopped)
garlic - 1 tsp
water as per taste -
Red chili powder as per need -
Coriander leaves as per taste - 1 tbsp (finely chopped) to garnish
Mode of making
First, make a smooth paste by adding curd and water to a bowl.
Now mix semolina, gram flour, and salt in it and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes.
- Add onion, tomato, green chili, garlic, and red chili powder and salt in semolina solution.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and spread it on top of a ladle batter.
- Bake the cheela from both sides.
- Take your semolina gram flour cheela is ready.
