necessary ingredients

Curd - 500 grams

Capsicum - Half a cup of

cottage cheese - 100 grams (grated)

Carrots - Half a cup of

black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

coriander - 2 tablespoons

green chili - 2 (finely chopped )

Bread slices - 3-4 (fresh)

maida - 2 tbsp

salt - as per taste


Add yogurt, carrot, paneer, capsicum, coriander, black pepper, green chili, salt in a bowl and mix well and prepare the mixture.

- You have to cut the edges of the bread slices. After this, roll the bread with the help of light water.

Prepare a thin batter of flour and turn the outside layer of bread on which you have applied water.

- Fill the bread mixture and fold it into a roll. To make this roll well, apply a mixture of fine flour.

- Place the rolls in a polythene sheet and press both corners as you twist the wrapper of the toffee.

Fry the rolls in the oil till they turn golden. Cut the roll from the middle and serve it with green or red chutney.
