Ingredients required

Wheat - one cup

gram flour - half cup

salt - one-fourth tsp

carom seeds - one-fourth tsp

ghee - one tsp

tur dal - one cup

turmeric powder - one-fourth tsp

cumin - one tsp

asafoetida - one Pinch

turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

red chili powder - 1 tsp

curry leaves - ten

green chilies - 2

coriander powder - 1 tsp

amchur powder - 1 tsp

Green coriander - 1 tbsp

salt - as per taste

Method of preparation:

- First of all, boil lentils, turmeric powder, salt and water in a pressure cooker.

On the other hand, to make dhokli, mix gram flour, turmeric powder, carom seeds, salt and ghee in wheat flour and knead it.

After this, roll out the rotis from the dough and cut them into square shape.

Now heat water in a pan, add pieces of bread and boil it for 15 minutes.

After the dhokli becomes soft, add lentils and cook for ten minutes.

On the other hand, heat oil in another pan and fry cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves in it.

After this, add tomato, green chili, coriander powder, red chili powder, amchur powder and turmeric powder to it.

When it leaves the oil, put it in the dal and cook it for two minutes.

Now garnish it with ghee and green coriander.
