Recipe: If you want to eat sweet, then in this way make Rajasthani sweet Imarti at home!


Ingredients Required:

Soaked urad dal - two cups

sugar - three cups

color - pinch of

water - as required

cardamom powder - half tsp



First of all, grind the urad dal and add color to it.

Now beat it well and let it rest for about four hours.

At the same time, prepare sugar syrup in a pan. Later add cardamom powder to it.

Now heat ghee in a pan on low flame and pour the lentil batter in it with the help of a pierced cloth in the shape of an imarti.

After frying well, put the Imarti in the syrup for about five minutes.

After that take it out on a plate.
