cumin, a teaspoon of

Ghee – 5 tbsp
Big cardamom – Three
bay leaves – Two
red chilies – Two
lentils Sugar – One-piece
Curry leaves – Six
cloves – Eight
asafoetida – Pinch of
Method of preparation -
First of all, put all the pulses in water and add salt and turmeric and cook for 2 whistles.
Now put ghee in a pan and add cumin, clove, red chili, red chili powder, big cardamom, lentil sugar, green chili, asafoetida, and curry leaves and sprinkle them.
After this add it to the cooked dal and cook for two minutes.
Now add coriander leaves to it.
In this way your Rajasthani Panchkuti Dal is ready.
