A cup of garlic buds
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1 to 2-inch piece of ginger
Salt to taste
One teaspoon dry mango powder
- Peel the garlic buds.
- Peel and wash the ginger pieces and then cut them.
Now add garlic buds, ginger, mango powder, red chilli powder and salt to the mixi and then mix it and make a paste.
Garlic chutney is ready, eat it, eat it with paratha, serve it with snacks.
