In this winter season, catering needs to be maintained. In such a situation, today we have brought a recipe for making cheese and vegetable soup for you. Let's know the method of making it.
Potatoes - 1 cup (chopped)
broccoli - 1 cup (chopped)
black pepper -
carrots as per taste - 1 cup (chopped)
vegetable stock - 2 cups
butter - 2 tablespoons
fresh cream - 1/2 cup
beans - 1 cup ( Sliced)
mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
maida - 4 cups
coriander as per taste - 2 tbsp (chopped)
cottage cheese cubes - 5 tbsp (for garnish)
- Melt butter in the pan. Then add all-purpose flour and fry till it becomes golden.
Add all the vegetables and fry for 3-4 minutes.
After this, add vegetable stock and cook the vegetables for 15-20 minutes till they become soft.
- After the vegetables are cooked, add mozzarella cheese and melt it.
Then add green coriander, black pepper, fresh cream, and salt and keep it to cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the prepared soup to a bowl and garnish it with cheese cubes and serve hot.
