Garlic: Take a clove of garlic and eat it with a spoon of honey. Garlic is also used in preparing food for pregnant women. You can treat uncontrolled blood pressure by using garlic.

Amla: Mix two spoons of amla juice in a glass of clean water and drink it on an empty stomach every morning. Amla may taste sour or even bitter, but high vitamin C is found in it, using which you can overcome this disease.

Fenugreek: Put half a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of warm water, soak it overnight. Drink this water on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up in the morning. Fenugreek is rich in vitamins, minerals, iron, calcium, and protein. With its regular consumption, you can get control of hypertension.

Onion juice: Mix onion juice with honey and drink it. Drink it twice a day in equal quantity in the morning and evening.
