Necessary Ingredients


- Half cup of sago (soaked)

- 2 Tablespoon Poultry Flour

- 1/4 cup Rajgira flour

- Rock salt as per taste

- 2 tbsp yogurt

- Oil for Baking


Material for filling

- 3 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)

- half teaspoon cumin seeds

- curry leaves

- 1-2 green chilies (chopped)

- Rock salt as per taste

- 1 tbsp oil



Method of preparation

- Add soaked sago and curd to a mixer and grind them.

In this solution, add Rajgire flour, Kuttu flour, and salt and mix it well and you have to make a solid solution.

Method of filling

- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and curry leaves.

Then put all the remaining ingredients in it and fry it for 1-2 minutes, then take it off the flame.

To make the dosa, apply a little oil in a nonstick pan and spread 1 tablespoon of sago solution, and bake it on low heat.

Place the potato in the center and then fold it.

- Bake until crispy on both sides.

Serve with peanut sauce.
