Necessary Ingredients



Cashew - 250 grams


Milk - 240 grams

Sugar - 250 grams

Silver Work - As Required

Method

First of all, make a paste by mixing cashew nuts and milk in a mixie.

- Put the prepared paste and sugar in its pan and boil it well.

After this, you have to cook well by running the mixer on the medium flame of gas.

- When the mixture starts leaving the edge of the pan, turn off the gas.

Grease a vessel with ghee and add the mixture to it.

- Now apply the silver work on it and keep it cool down.

- Your Kaju Katli is ready.

Cut it into a diamond shape and offer it to the Goddess and share it as Prasad.
