1/2 cup - Sabudana

4 Potatoes - Boiled and mashed

1/2 teaspoon - Ginger - Green chili paste

Salt as per taste

1 teaspoon oil

1 teaspoon peanut powder

1 teaspoon - sugar


Wash the sabudana and soak it in water for 2 hours. After 2 hours put it in a sieve and filter it.

Now add mashed potatoes, ginger-green chili paste, salt, peanut powder, and sugar, and mix well! Make small balls!

Now heat your pan and grease it with the oil! Put sabudana balls made in it! Cover the lid and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Remove the lid and see if it has turned a golden color, then flip it over and shake it from the other side too! If it is roasted from both sides, take it out of the pan and take it out on a plate and serve it with hot sabudana appe chutney or tomato ketchup!
