The holy festival of Navratri has started and all the devotees observe fast in these nine days. During the fast, you can eat coriander potatoes, so that you will get energy with taste. Coriander potatoes serve a peppery flavor during fruit harvesting. So let's know about its recipe.
- Potato 250 grams
- Roasted Cumin 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Green Chili 2-3
- Ginger 1/2 inch
- Rock salt to taste
To make coriander potatoes, first, wash the potatoes well. After this, put the potatoes in the cooker and boil two cups of water in it.
After boiling the potatoes, keep it to cool. When the potatoes have cooled down, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
- Clean and chop green coriander and mint. After that, put it in the grinder, add rock salt, cumin, red or green chili, and black pepper and grind it finely.
Now mix this chutney well in chopped potatoes. Take your ready chopped coriander potatoes, eat it by tasting it yourself and serve the guests who have come home.
