1/2 cup soaked sago, 1/2 cup Rajgira flour, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 tablespoon coarsely ground peanuts, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Knead it well. Mix only when water is needed, otherwise do not add water. Heat a nonstick pan. Now place a polythene sheet on the plate. Apply a little water to your hand. Take flour equal to lemon from the flour and make a round dough. Flatten the dough with your hands. Now place it on a plastic sheet. Now roll it by hand or with a rolling pin.
Remove the plate from the polyethylene sheet and place it on the pan. Make a hole in the middle of the plate, turn it over when the color of the plate is slightly darkened, and take it out on a plate when it is well roasted from both sides.
