12 & 22cm Rice Paper

1 Small Paprika

1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method: First of all, mix the cabbage, beansprouts, capsicum, mint, coriander, lemon juice, and fish sauce in a large bowl. After this, place the rice paper in a bowl of lukewarm water for 15 seconds. After this, keep them on clean towels. After this, fill all the ingredients mixture in rice paper and make a roll. In this way, your rice roll will be prepared. After this, you can serve it with chutney.
