Urad Dal - 150 grams

Moong Dal - 50 grams

Raisins

Cashew - finely chopped

Khoya - 2 tablespoons

Curd - 4 cups

Chaat Masala - 2 teaspoons

Sweet chutney - 1 cup

Green chutney - 1 cup

Soak urad and moong dal at night one day before making "dahi ki gujiya". After this, grind urad and moong dal the next day. Take special care that the lentils are not too wet. Now add salt, coriander leaves, chillies, raisins, and cashews to the ground lentils. After mixing, whisk this mixture well.


Step 2

Now you have to add sugar to khoya and keep it aside for a while. After this, take a cotton cloth and after wetting, squeeze and spread it well. After this, make a small dough from the dal mixture and fill a little khoya in the middle. After this fold it well and give the shape of gujiya. After shaping the gujiya, you have to put it in a wet cloth. In this way, make Gujiya also from the remaining pulse mixture.

After this, heat the oil in the pan. Now fry Gujiya in this oil. Place the fried gujiya in a vessel filled with water. After frying gujiya, take curd in a vessel and churn it well. Mix black salt and roasted cumin in yogurt. After this, take out the gujiya from the water and dip it in the curd. After keeping it in the fridge for some time, you can add sweet and green chutney and eat Gujiya of curd.
